Our items are made-to-order just for you. All sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable. Non-Returnable items have a "Made-To-Order", "Custom Order", "Monogram", "Special Order", or similar notation on the item page. Please read sizing, dimension, and product information prior to ordering.

If merchandise is damaged, you must notify us with your claim within 10 days of receipt of merchandise by contacting Customer Service via the Contact Us page. We will promptly reply to you with instructions for damaged items. Do not return damaged items to us until further instruction. Save your original packing slip and packing materials. Replacements will be shipped upon review of damaged items.
